Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom units are hand-finished in 7–14 business days before dispatch. We ship worldwide via tracked express couriers; tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves the atelier. Duties and taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & refunds

For hygiene and integrity reasons, all wigs, closures, frontals and bundles are final sale once the security tag has been removed or the hair has been altered, worn, washed, cut, coloured or installed.

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported to hello@aureliehair.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Approved returns are issued as a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt at our atelier.

Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Cancellations

Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order — name, email, shipping address and payment details (payment is processed by Shopify; we never see your full card number). We may use your email to send order updates and, with your consent, marketing.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the third parties we need to fulfil your order — payment processors, shipping couriers and IT providers — and with authorities where required by law.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time — email hello@aureliehair.com.
