1. About us

Aurelie Hair ("Aurelie", "we", "us", "our") sells 100% human-hair wigs, closures, frontals and bundles through our website. By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we cannot verify payment.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping is calculated at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Shopify.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide via tracked express couriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

For hygiene reasons, wigs, closures, frontals and bundles are final sale once the security tag or original packaging has been opened, tampered with, or removed. Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — please see our full returns policy.

6. Custom & bespoke orders

Custom units are hand-finished to your specification and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please confirm your build with us in writing before production begins.

7. Colour & texture

Because each unit is made from 100% human hair, slight variations in colour, density and curl pattern can occur between batches. Screen colours may also vary slightly from the physical product.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Aurelie Hair website — including logos, imagery, text and product photography — belongs to Aurelie Hair and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelie's liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurelie Hair operates. Any dispute will be handled in that jurisdiction's courts.
